Terms and conditions of the fishery

General Provisions

FISHING PERMITS: WEEKLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

In the fishery (carp and catfish) there is a total ban on taking and killing fish in accordance with the principle of “CATCH AND RELEASE” under penalty of punishment.

The rental of holiday homes extends over the entire period of the fishing season (at least 7 days).
The houses are accepted by the client in perfect condition – without any damage and are returned in the same condition on the day of leaving the fishing ground. The costs of any kind of damage are covered by the person who caused it, located at the site.
People under 18 are considered young people or children. Over 18 are considered adults. Only and exclusively on sites where there is a large house is it possible to come with a “young person or child as” a third person.
Making a reservation and entering the fishing ground are tantamount to reading, accepting and complying with these regulations in force at the fishing ground on the day of the stay and accepting responsibility for failure to comply with its rules.
Departure (or entry) from the fishery at other times is only possible by prior arrangement with the fishery owners.
Before the start of the fishing session, each angler is obliged to sign a declaration in which he accepts and confirms that he is familiar with the regulations of the Jarosławki fishery and to present at least one document confirming his identity.
Both the fishery and the sites are monitored.
For hygiene reasons, there is no bedding in the cottages, so each angler must bring their own bedding or a sleeping bag.
During the course of the sit, one person is required to remain on the stand when the rods are cast. Otherwise, when both people leave the site it is the responsibility of the crew to remove all sets from the water.
Each position is equipped with 2 mats (floating), 2 slings (carriers), 2 landing nets and a special winch for weighing fish (no scales – everyone brings their own scales).
All other small ponds apart from the main carp fishery and the catfish fishery are completely excluded from use by anglers.
Setting up your car, motorhome or campervan is only possible in the car park at the entrance to the fishery.
The pitching of a tent in a sector is free of charge and can only take place in a designated area.
There is a total ban on pitching tents on the grass in the fishery.
There are two toilets and two showers located next to the fishing lodge at the fishing spot, which are intended for use by anglers.
In addition, each sector includes a “Toi Toi” toilet.

Price list for carp fishery fees :

It is compulsory to purchase a minimum of 4 rods on each sector, with the possibility of a surcharge for additional rods.

Catfish Fishing Grounds Cost of each rod – PLN 200/24h

Persons renting sectors with cottages 1,2,3,4,5,6,9,10,11,12 are obliged to rent it, it is not possible to purchase a licence for this sector without a cottage.

Fishing in a catfish fishery can take place in two situations:

Only by those who have purchased a weekly carp fishing licence.
Coming for a period of 7 days only for the catfish fishery.

The cost of each rod in the catfish fishery – 200PLN/24h.

APPROVAL OF EACH RESERVATION IS DUE TO THE TOTAL PAYMENT OF THE SELECTED LICENSE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING A GIVEN SECTOR, OTHERWISE THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.

Entry and exit from the fishing ground:
The fishing ground is open from April 12 to October 31, depending on weather conditions.

Entry to the fishing ground (Saturday) takes place between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., while departure from the fishing ground (Saturday) takes place between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
The minimum booking length for the carp and catfish fishery is one week. From Saturday to Saturday. It is not possible to fish for less than a week.

In the body of the transfer, the following should be included in the title: Name, booking date, sector no., licence no., as well as the licence applicant’s telephone number.

List of sectors in the carp fishery:

Sector 1: Obligation to rent a large wooden house.
Sector 2: Obligation to rent a large premium cottage.
Sector 3: Obligation to rent a large premium cottage.
Sector 4: Obligation to rent a large premium cottage.
Sector 5: Obligation to rent a large premium cottage.
Sector 6: Obligation to rent a large wooden house.
Sector 7: Obligation to have your own tent.
Sector 8: Obligation to have your own tent.
Sector 9: Obligation to rent a large wooden house.
Sector 10: Obligation to rent a large premium cottage.
Sector 11: Obligation to rent a large premium cottage.
Sector 12: Obligation to rent a large premium cottage.

The angler is obliged to have:

Lines with a minimum diameter of 0.35 mm or thicker,
Disinfectant,
It is best for both anglers to wear their own waders.

Rules for the use of the carp fishery:

It is permitted to fish using the carp method only – with a fish-safe self-locking set (allowing the sinker to release) ending with a hair leader equipped with one micro barb or barbless hook.
The use of leadcor is acceptable. It is forbidden to use swivels or any other type of accessory that prevents the release of the weight.
The angler is obliged to use at least 8 m of shot line, made of monofilament (or tapered) line.
A complete ban on the use of braided line as (arrow or main line).
The permitted method of fishing is by casting only.
There can only be 2 anglers authorised to fish with 2 rods, with the possibility of buying a third according to the licence.
The fishing location for each sector may only be within the sector boundary markers.
A photo with each fish must be taken in the water. It is strictly forbidden to pull fish onto platforms or shore.
Any fish over 20 kg must be reported to the fishery supervisor as soon as it is taken ashore.
Obligation to use a “mono shot” as the final section.
During a storm, we recommend removing your fishing rods from the water. We do not take responsibility for accidental accidents at the fishing spot.
The use of screws on platform supports is prohibited.

Rules for the use of the catfish fishery:

The permitted methods of catfishing are: “live” and from the ground.
Livestock must be obtained from the keeper of the Yaroslavl fishery.
Ban on the import of livestock from all other waters.
The end leader may contain one single hook when bottom fishing, and two single hooks when live bait fishing.
Each catfish is required to hit the catfish mat that is located in the fishery.
The mat must be sprinkled with fresh water from the pond before the fish is laid.
In the event that the catfish swallows the rig deeply, you should immediately inform the keeper of the fishing spot by leaving the fish on the mat without removing the hook, while taking care of it by frequently pouring fresh water from the pond.
Any catfish over 220 cm must be reported immediately to the fishery supervisor as soon as it is pulled ashore.

Bans on the Yaroslavl fishery:

Prohibition of alcohol and other drugs. Intoxicated persons will be ejected from the fishery without any refund.
A total ban on the use of tiger nut in any form (whole/ground) for baiting, or also for hair.
Prohibition of baiting with bread and grain based baits.
No fishing with live bait (worms, beetles, etc.).
Total ban on baiting with loose bait. Only protein balls, pellets and cooked hemp are allowed for baiting.
It is forbidden to keep fish in carp/sling bags for more than 15 minutes.
It is forbidden to come with your own firewood.
The use of braided line as the main line and the so-called “arrow” end section is prohibited.
Use of own pick-ups and mats categorically prohibited.
Prohibition of the use of rods other than carp rods in the carp fishery (prohibition of method/feeder ect fishing).
It is forbidden to litter the fishing area. Anglers are required to take any rubbish with them or use the bins placed in the sectors.
No unauthorized visits. Only the owners and caretaker of the fishing grounds may consent to visits, about which they must be informed relatively in advance.
It is forbidden to throw the remains of bait into the water after fishing. Please take the remains of bait with you or give them to the owners or the caretaker of the fishing spot.
When taking photos, special attention should be paid to the safety of the fish and to releasing it as quickly and safely as possible.
In the event of catching a catfish of any size on the main carp pond, as well as a carp under 14 kg on the carp fishery, please DO NOT RELEASE IT. Please keep the fish in the landing net/sling and immediately notify the fishery supervisor, who will collect the fish from the sector.
It is forbidden to use any means of swimming or RC (remotely controlled) models.
Prohibition of destruction of vegetation by arbitrary cutting of trees, shrubs etc.
It is strictly forbidden to take photos in a standing or half-standing position with fish – catfish fishing spot.
It is strictly forbidden to take caught fish. If a fish is found stolen, the angler must expect to pay a fine of PLN 3,000/kg. After paying the fine, the fish is returned to the water.
It is forbidden to drive cars around the fishing grounds during the fishing session. The owner of the vehicle is obliged to park it in the car park located at the fishing grounds for the duration of the fishing session.
A total ban on swimming in the fishery and in the neighbouring ponds.
Loud behaviour and loud music is prohibited.
It is forbidden to throw waste, cigarette butts, barbecue residue, hot coals, etc. into the water.
Arrival with pets prohibited.
Prohibition of bonfires outside fire pits.
Prohibition of physiological needs outside toilets.
Prohibition of fishing in neighbouring ponds.
It is forbidden for persons under the age of 18 to be on the fishery without their adult guardian, who is responsible for them and is required to sign a declaration that the minor is in their care.
Prohibit the use of hearths or barbecues near trees, shrubs or other areas where they can easily catch fire.
It is prohibited to use or insert any screws or bolts into the platforms.
A complete ban on using fluorocarbon for leaders thinner than 0.45 mm.
There is a total ban on using rods other than typical carp rods on carp fisheries (i.e. only carp rods may be used on carp fisheries).

Responsibilities :

The person using the fishery is obliged to behave according to generally accepted rules of good manners and not to obstruct fishing in neighbouring sectors.
Cars are only allowed on the day of arrival and departure from the fishery in order to unpack or pack up the equipment.
The car must be returned to the car park within 4 hours of arrival.
All anglers are required to submit to inspection of their vehicle, terminal tackle (may be required to retrieve a random rod), bait and groundbait by the keeper(s) of the fishery regardless of time.
Toilet facilities are only available in designated areas (each sector has its own separate Toi Toi) and the main sanitary block at the fishery owners’ office.
Campfires are permitted in the fishery, but only in fire pits available in the fishery.
The house, platform and fishing spot must be left clean and tidy, just as they were acquired on the day of arrival at the fishing spot. It will be checked by the fishery supervisor before leaving it.
The owners, as well as the keeper of the fishery, are not responsible for accidents or items left in the fishery.
Those who have damaged property in the fishery will be held civilly and even criminally liable.
The person who commits damage to the fishery is obliged to bear the costs of restoration.
If an angler needs wood for a campfire, please contact the fishery supervisor – wood can only be purchased on site.
Any comments should be reported to the fishery supervisor/owners.
The person using the fishery agrees to the publication of his/her image in films and photographs used for marketing purposes and to the publication of his/her image on the website or Facebook profile, etc.
The person who has purchased an angling licence is responsible for the other persons with him/her on the fishery.
The angler is obliged to use bite indicators and swingers or hangers of his own choice.

Rules of order :

By making a reservation and starting fishing at the fishing spot, the angler agrees to a possible inspection of the means of transport. Attempted theft means that you will not be allowed to enter the fishing spot again. The owners and the guardian of the fishing ground have the right to control.
For safety reasons, the entrance gate remains closed except on the day of entry to the fishery and on the day of departure.
Responsibility for accompanying persons, visitors is borne by the person who purchased the fishing permit.
Cleanliness and order must be maintained on the sector during the sit-in.
Violation of the rules and regulations and behaviour contrary to generally accepted norms will result in immediate expulsion from the fishery without refund and refusal of re-booking.
Persons who damage property in the fishery will be held civilly or criminally liable. Such persons will remove the damage themselves before leaving the fishery, or pay a fee to cover the damage.
The right of interpretation of these regulations is vested in the owners of the fishery.
The owners have the right to close the fishery indefinitely without giving any reason.
The owners, as well as the caretaker of the fishing spot, have the right to cancel the license in the event of alcohol or drug consumption, violation of the regulations, littering the facility or inappropriate behavior without reimbursement of costs and impose a lifetime ban on purchasing the license.
The amount for the purchase of a licence in the event of cancellation is non-refundable.
The owners of the fishery reserve the right to amend the regulations.
The person making the reservation agrees to the processing and use of their personal data for the purpose of carrying out the reservation process, as well as for the purpose of handling any complaints. The scope of the collected data concerns only those data that are necessary for the implementation of the above-mentioned purposes. This data is not processed or used for any other purpose.
Personal data obtained during the registration/booking process are processed exclusively for the purpose of order processing and customer service. This data will not be shared with other parties.
