Newsletter Terms and Conditions
1 The Newsletter is an electronic service which allows the Customer to subscribe to and receive at the e-mail address provided by the Customer free information from the Service Provider concerning the Site and the Service Provider's offer.
2 The service provider is Jadwiga Stępień, Jarosławki 13a. 72-130 Maszewo, NIP 6281267659,
REGON: 272710185.
(3) The Customer is the natural person using the Newsletter service.
The Newsletter service is provided for an indefinite period of time. The Customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time without giving any reason by clicking on the relevant link in the message sent within the Newsletter or by sending an e-mail to rezerwacje@lowiskojaroslawki.pl.
(5) The service consists in sending by the Service Provider to the e-mail address, messages in electronic form containing information about new products or services in the Service Provider's offer, current trade offer, promotions, discounts and other information concerning the functioning of the https://lowiskojaroslawki.pl website.
(6) The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Newsletter service without stating a reason, upon prior notification to the Customer.
(7) The Service Provider is obliged to consider all complaints submitted by the Client concerning irregularities, faults or interruptions in the provision of the Services and the functioning of the Website, within a period not exceeding 14 days.
8 A complaint about electronic services can be made:

8.2 by traditional means by sending a written complaint to the Service Provider's address:

9 Free services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
(10) The Service Provider informs that the use of services provided electronically, the public nature of the Internet and the use of the Internet may involve certain risks, e.g. it may be possible for unauthorised persons to obtain and modify Service Recipients' data, malicious software may be installed on the device and on the ICT system used by the Service Recipient. Service recipients should use appropriate technical measures to minimise the risks.
(11) The administrator of the personal data provided during the use of the Newsletter service is the Service Provider. The purposes and scope of data processing, the entities to which the data will be transferred, as well as the rights of the data subjects are described in the Privacy Policy.
(12) The provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 shall apply to matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions.
(13) The regulations are effective from 19.04.2024.
